I believe we are all part of the same eternal sacred energy. We all have suffering in our lives, and we are all capable of healing. As we heal ourselves, our higher vibrational energies affect everything and everyone around us. It is an honor to be a part of that process.

Reiki is one of many energy healing modalities. I don't practice Reiki because it's "better" than other techniques. I practice Reiki because it resonates with me on a deep level. During a Reiki session, my focus is on tuning in to the loving universal life force energy connecting all beings and sharing that focused energy with my clients. No two sessions are alike, and that's what makes this work so exciting and rewarding. I begin each session with a brief discussion to identify areas of concern. The session consists of a full body healing with extra time spent on target areas. Sometimes I discover areas in need of attention that the client wasn't initially aware of. I let the energy guide my work and we end the session with grounding exercises to get us both ready to go back to the "real world."
