Group Reiki sessions are a fun way to try energy healing with friends. These sessions are more general in nature, but can be customized based on what the group wishes to focus on. Some fun additions to a group Reiki session include pulling tarot cards, breathing exercises, or guided visualizations. We end the session with grounding exercises and group sharing.
